Shadnagar Train Station is 6 Km from the land location going west.
Distance from 500 ft outer ring road to our land will be approximately 22 Km through the by pass road (6 lanes) planned to and it should take less than 20 Min once the roads are constructed. The work on the bypass highway is already in progress.

Next to the land is grape vineyard at a lower elevation and existing water well at property corner.
The nearby school has approx 180 students up to 8th grade. On the read leading to land is Noor Engineering Private College.

As seen from the school, the land is all open area as far as the eyes can see with a gentle rocky gradient like rolling hills. No trees on majority of the land. No land fills are required/planned. Design of the development will be to blend with the natural terrain and sloping surface.

Hyderabad Zoo is planned to relocate around 2 Km opposite the land sometime in 2010.

The property land area is 35 acres out of which some of the area is required by law to be kept as open common land and internal road construction.

Payment method is as follows:

50% Advance Sign-on Amount.

Remaining Amount to be paid at the time of Registration or in installments within 90 days after sign-on date.

Security/Maintenance:

A minimal amount will be charged for the maintenance and security services after registration.
